All personnel we had contact with were very friendly and helpful, no matter where in the casino or hotel.\n\nOur own fault actually. After a long day on the road and business issues, we did pay attention to the name of the hotel. We went to the Willows by mistake, it was handled easily for us by the staff. I enjoyed the hotel overall. The only downfall was the small size of the room. Everything else was perfect. The bed was heavenly. Room was very clean, bathroom was spacious and upscale. Hotel is located in a rural area which was peaceful and quiet.\n\nThe only downfall was the small size of the room.
