Verizon has given me the worst customer support that I have ever received from a company. they run you around in circles and they say they will send you to someone who can handle your situation but they always send you back to where you started. Their internal services need a revamp because they cannot get their stuff together.

I love my fios Television and Internet. Dani gave me more channels than COX, saved me money and is sending me a 300 dollars in the mail. It doesn't get any better.
