I recently went in this verizon store and was amazed how friendly, professional and educated the staff was. My IT guy could not get my phone to work, but the nice lady at the back of the store, Laureen?, had my phone working in no time, and I didn't even get it there or buy anything there. I know where I'm going next time. Keep up the good work!
