I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years. For my loyalty, Verizon is happy to take away my plan and charge my twice as much for a lesser plan. Thanks for nothing Verizon. As a side note, they had the gate most of the way down when I told them I'd like to leave. The salesman said, "Do you want me to raise the gate?" Verizon, do you think I'd crawl for you? Terrible.
