Their work is good, but their customer service is so appalling that I ask myself why I continue to come here.

After reading LoisLane's comments I wanted to follow up. The people that run this business are total a--holes. I do not believe they are still in business. My Daughter took a dress in for prom to have alterations done and of course they did a hack job. When she returned to pick up her dress shortly before prom they had altered the dress so it was to small and she couldn't fit into the dress....

Avoid at all cost! Lousy customer service. Shoddy work, could not even glue a heel to a shoe. Extremely rude when I picked up the shoes. I merely asked the shoe repair man to fill in the gap he left on the shoe. "What, you pay and then you complain about the work?" I pointed out that they REQUIRED payment ahead of time. This is apparently b/c the work is so terrible, no one would pay...
