This was the second time i visit this hosiptal and the last time. The first time everyone was so friendly even te doctor this second time around the front desk people were super friendly. except for the doctor very rude! i would not return back to see a rude doctor you should retire if your gona be a grouch!!!!!!
It's never hard to get an appointment; they've even managed to squeeze me in when I had an emergency. They've seen us through everything from neutering to staph infections to routine shots and all things in between. I can't imagine having another vet.
I have gone to Main Street on and off over the course of 25 yrs, as referrals from my regular vet, which is somehow associated with them. Don't be put off by the location and the noise (one block from the NASSCO shipyard), as the doctors are excellent and prices very competitive, compared to my regular vet. They also cared for a sick rabbit for me, which my regular vet declined to do.
I took my dog into MainStreet because I heard that they had a Board Certified Internist without Board Certified prices. I must admit that the building appears outdated, but the care and service from the staff is unending. I loved Dr. Kelly, he went above and beyond to help me with Max. He called every week to check on his status and was there to hold my hand when the time to put him to sleep...
