I took my cat here when he was sick one time and was very please with my visit. I didn't have to wait long to get him seen and with the diagnosis and prescribed medicine, my cat was better fast.
My niece took her King Charles Spaniel there for surgery on a hip and they operated on the wrong hip. They never caught their mistake until my niece went to visit the dog. They then were reluctant to remedy the situation. It took a toll on the poor dog.\r\nBeware.
They are almost like an HMO for pets, not a lot of attention and they are big on making you come back when they find a problem on your first appointment. For basics like shots and stuff they are quick and inexpensive =)
When my dog needed fast help, VCA was there for her. They care about the pets and owners. Definitely take a look at this hospital for your pets. The staff and doctors are great.
I have taken my dog here twice, both times to fix cuts her feet. The people are really nice and make you feel at ease. The first time they had to bandage my dogs foot and her bandage fell off after 24 hours, they saw her as soon as I called to and replaced the bandage for free. A great place to go in an emergency.
