Stay Away

I came in to get help for my pet - instead I got insults. The staff (a woman with short hair) was inappropriate and made offensive remarks about my ethnicity). I doubt I will ever go back. Encountering such attitude in the middle of a cosmopolitan city shocked and hurt me.

I cannot express the care we got on Monday February 23rd when we had to put our beloved pug Jasper down . They put us in such a nice room and a comfortable setting . They treated Jasper like a rock star every time we came in . I am truly thankful for all the care you have given to my pug . I miss him so much but I knew I had to let him go
