I have taken all my dogs there for years, however it seems that lately their files aren't always accurate regarding vaccine dates,medications and past reactions. The receptionist advised me my dog was due for a vaccination that she had received already, and had a reaction to. I would advise diligence and keep track of your own records.

I have been taking my pets to the EastMeadow Animal Hospital for decades. I currently have 2 cats who are diabetic. Dr. Thonson has been so caring and terrific with them. The receptionists are nice and caring also. When I recently had to have my dog Velvet euthanized, everyone was so caring and sympathetic. I can't imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else!

Just a piece of information to pet owners. Dr. Kevin J. Gross of East Meadow Animal Hospital in East Meadow, NY overcharges and performs unnecessary, costly tests and procedures even if it hurts the animal.
