I am a first time puppy owner and could not be happier with my experience having to take my pup to a vet for the first time. I had all of my questions answered and really felt like they cared about the health of my new puppy. She hadn't been acting quite right and were able to see her right away that same day. They immediately got a plan in place to help get her back on track to her peppy self....

The staff at Vanderloo & White are AMAZING! When you take your pets there you can be sure that they are going to get the best care possible. The staff truly cares about your pets and takes the time to listen.

Had one one visit, Vet was nice however the staff was horrible, very rude, not pleasant at all. They had my dogs records incorrect, they would not forward me the correct records (this one from one visit) I won't be back!
Unfortunate for these vets since they loose business because the staff they hire is rude and makes clients feel as if you are bothering them when you request a simple fax, or to look at your records.
