The get it done, but bad customer service

Everytime I go in here, I get my oil changed just fine but I feel like they try to take advantage of me by telling me that I need additional services such as: my air filter needs changed and my power steering fluid needs swapped out, all which do not and I know this because when I go to an actual dealer garage they tell me its fine. I still go here because its much cheaper than the car dealer...
