If negative or no star ratings was an option that is what I would give this veterinary center. The veterinarian on duty when I visited with my dog looked like she just woke up. She did not introduce herself. She did not explain what was wrong with my dog or what procedures they were going to do on her. She walked out of the room without telling us that she was finished. We were told our dog needed emergency surgery. After leaving and speaking with a friend who works at our regular veterinarians office, we decided not to allow them to continue with any surgery until we could get her to our regular vet. We got her to our regular vet who examined her. We were advised that the surgery that Valencia Vet wanted to perform was completely medically unnecessary. We were charged for medications that were not needed for our dog's problem. We were charged for additional things and procedures that were not even needed or completed on our dog. Thank goodness we did not allow this vet to perform surgery on our dog. Who knows if she would even be alive right now if they had put her under and done something that she medically did not need. PLEASE DO NOT bring your beloved pets to this butcher shop. All they care about is making money. There are plenty of other veterinarians in the area that actually care about your pet.

Too far away for standard care but in an emergency, I will return! Open 24hr/day! Highly recommended by friend + I can see why. So impressed with the team and their attention detail + obvious genuine affection for animals. My cat's emergency was far less stressful because of Dr Grewal!
