Considering the location it's not a bad option if you are just staying one night after or before a flight from Fort Lauderdale.

Our flight got in about midnight. We were concerned about finding our rental car and then finding our motel. A happy surprise, Vacation Inn Motel is directly across the street from our car rental office. It was after 1am when we finished our car rental. I called Nick at the motel. He was very polite, reassured us he was waiting...

Old Property in a noisy location

We stayed at Vacation Inn Motel for one night in January 2014 as a stop over after our cruise.
On the positive side, the motel is very close to Ft Lauderdale Airport and the owners are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and everything in the room worked fine.

Room comfortable, well furnished, and clean. Clerk/manager was very helpful and friendly. I would be happy to stay there again.\n\nLocated across the street from a satellite airport parking lot. Walked there and paid $10 for shuttle ride to airport. Saved $ and waiting time I would have spent on a cab.
