Watch out for the billing manager

Don't tell the office manager how to do her job... After several monthes time the insurance claim was not sent in. Even after continious phone calls. I contacted my insurance company to call the office manager. They finally received my claim ..... Soon after the office manger sent my account to collections with a bogus balance............ I had to resolve it myself, i had all my reciepts...
