I brought in several shirts. One I had worn only two times and it was only a month old. The other shirt was one of my favorites. Well out of the several shirts Hans Cleaners was able to shrink those two, and lied about it doing it! The owner was so nervous he was shaking the entire time while he proceeded to yell at me it was not their fault but the manufacturer who made. His wife and mom were always talking loud. He said they followed directions to hand wash (but they actually dry cleaned it). The white on the shirt turned gray and the other shirt was small enough to fit on a 10 year old, and I am a grown adult. Hans said they would replace it but lied. They never replaced the shirts or had any plan to do it. I would not go to Han's Cleaners. It is so amazing they have a Christian fish as their symbol but are not very christ-like at all. The customer service is wack! I work in customer service for 20 years and would NEVER treat my customers as Han's Cleaners did.
