Was very frustrated with the roofer I had originally called because he wouldn't return calls promptly and then when I tried to get him scheduled to tarp the roof due to pending rain storm, he said sorry but it would be easier if I just did that myself. The owner himself came to my home, and he and his assistant worked with my claims adjuster to assess the damage. The work crew came promptly and worked diligently.
