I normally use the Rancho Cordova Post Office off Olsen, but I work downtown and occasionally am forced to use this Post Office. If i could give this ZERO stars I would. Worst customer service experience in a long time. I could tell before I even reached the counter that this guy was gonna give me every reason to not help me that he could think of, and sure enough he did. After going...

The people who work here are about as helpful as a bullet in the head. I really wish UPS processed passports because citizens should not have to put up with so much rudeness from our public servants.

Perhaps not THE rudest staff ever but pretty close. I the local number for this office on Saturday to ask about Saturday hours and she said "we're not open." I asked if they had any Saturday hours and she gave a junior-high rendition of "no-o-o". Please send these people to customer service training.

The post office at 801 I St employees the rudest people on the planet. I only gave them 1 star because they don't allow 0 stars. I have contact with them a great deal either mailing items myself or seeing them interact with others when I go to pick up my mail. I have yet to see them be nice or helpful to anyone. Avoid this post office!
