If I could give this no rating, I would. The representative that answered the phone had the most unprofessional demeanor, i've ever encountered. Outstanding...this post office helped me on the phone from Arkansas. Cool & calm - listened to me and gave me help regarding a priority letter send to my daughter. Thanks Tony! Have a complaint try a post office in Arkansas or Missouri open at 8:30 close 4:30...no self postage centers, no one answers phone...When I lived in Denver I thought the mail service and post offices were awesome!

This location has always been horrible. Most employees are lazy and very rudy. Erick and Mary are the only postal delivery people who have ever been great. They deserve awards for their service but this location really sucks. I am a business and if Mary is on vacation there have been days we donb't even get our mail. Someone should come in and reorganize this location and clean house. Hire more...

sign says "boxes filled by 10:30 a.m." - we are lucky if it happens by 11:30.
also, personnel seem fairly uninterested with customers and whether their
needs are met or not. maybe they are overworked. you would think that with
the recent postage increase they could hire more personnel if that's what the
problem is; or if not, hire more competent and people-oriented personnel.
