Help us make it rightI wish I had NOT dealt with US-Mattress to begin with! The Sales guy at the Plymouth store was nice and helpful (although was a mouthful but won't use that against him ..its his job). Right there, on first visit we placed two orders one for FULL and another for KING (about $2000+). Expecting our beds and bed-boxes to come in a few weeks. Week later still waiting for one of bed-boxes and no one can apparently help. The sales guy that we dealt with who was eager to get the order, mentioned he does not have access to find the status of the orders and is not "allowed" to provide customers help with their existing orders!!! Really!!! That was the first RED FLAG. Contacting the customer service - takes them long time to respond ... then after a few attempts with these customer service guys they still could not tell me where or when my bed-box is coming ... I now have a mattress but no bed-box !!! Finally I CANCELED my entire order (king mattress and boxes were yet to come). I do NOT WANT TO DEAL with folks who cannot take care of their customers. Will spend my money somewhere else not here ... in the hope of a better experience.
I had a great experience at US Mattress. The salesman, Jim, was friendly and helpful. He was there if we needed him but not pushy and overbearing like some salespeople can be. We went in on a Saturday and our bed was delivered on a Tuesday. The delivery guys were also very friendly and had the bed …
My husband and I had slightly different mattress preferences and Manoli of US Mattress was very knowledgeable and informative, as we decided which mattress to get. We used the time frame allowed to try the mattress at home and actually had to exchange it for something different. This company gave us no problems on the exchange - it was very prompt. We love our mattress!!!
completly fraud company! took the order, scheduled delivery 3 days later and never bothered to call that the mattress was out of stock and the delivery is cancelled!
