Unorganized and staff can be hot or cold. Tried to get in early and was told we are running behind very snobbishly. Small waiting room and no room right now. There's 4 people besides me standing as well. On plus side it has great air conditioner!

I read the previous reviews and I totally agree that the receptionist at the front is completely rude, unfriendly, and lazy. She has one simple job and she can't even get it done right. First impression for this place blows. The back of the staff was very friendly and efficient.
