Their service is great unless you need a repair. My phone has been gone for over 6 weeks. US Cellular can't give any updates for 3 weeks then can't give you an update for the next 3 weeks to the phone except that they are ordering parts from Motorola. They give you a cheap phone for a replacement phone which is nowhere comparable to the phone you brought in for servicing. US Cellular told me...
