I just experienced to replace my windshield of truck at this place , and I am very happy with the service here as well as the price. Now I would like to share my experience to others who plan to have their auto glass service.
I locate in Hayward so I looked for some auto glass service around east bay only. I searched on line and called to check out the price from many different stores and the US Auto Glass Depot gave me the best quote. I also read some one star comments from Yelp,but the good price encouraged me to try out this place to see if my observation would agree to all the comments on Yelp or not before I buy their service. I always prefer to get any service at the store; so that I can see how the work place is, and who I work with.
When I arrived there, I met Christian in his office, a real office which are separated to a waiting room. then I asked him many questions about the replacing the windshield for my truck. Then when I discussed about the price he even agree to give me a better price than the quote I got on phone. After discussing about price and service, Christian even recommended me to come back on a sunny day, because visited them on a very wet day, so the glue could dry faster. So I left and said will be back on a better day. He was still very friendly and said good buy. I thought that if this guy was a bad guy and all he want was money then he never let me go that easy. so I decided to come back for replacing my windshield a week after that on a dry day. I thought it would take at least an hour. However, my truck was done in just about 30 mins. the windshield looks very nice as new, and Christian told me if I see any leakage, come back they guarantee their work as my pleasure. That was my experience with Auto Glass depot, it sound good, does it.
I don't know why people complained about the mistake in service and didn't come back for Auto glass people to have chance to fix their mistake as their guarantee. be cool and you will received a cool service too. Recommended service to every one.
went down to the city and someone broke into my car and broke side window i called around to find the best price. called this shop was next to my work great prices. Took about 46 min. got dropped off at work and pick me up really helped me out .this was the best price i found

Unfortunately i had to use u.s. auto glass a few times in the past few years due to broken car windows. But had very good service from them both times. They met me at work, completed the repairs in less than 30 minutes each time, the tech I had really seemed to know what he was doing.
