After paying my bill and returning 6 months later, I found that I had about $100 credit because Urban Dental overbilled me and the insurance company paid them more. So Urban Dental kept my money, never letting me know until I was confused about a copay. After then I found out and it seems to be happening regularly after speaking with other patients. BEWARE! You have to ask if they are keeping YOUR MONEY TOO!! It really is poor business. So if every client has $100 credit how much money is Dr. Hong enjoying without patients knowing? What is Dr. Hong doing with all the overpayments from clients? What if I had left town or went to another Dentist without repeatedly asking about the prices and why my bills cost so much? I would have never know and they would have simply kept the overpayment from me.
The dental staff is very good, too bad the billing and billing practices are so shady (sketchy)!!!!!

I have been so pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Hong and her staff that I continuously recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.
On my first visit, during a lunch break, I returned to the office so relaxed and happy, everyone thought I had been to a spa.
She has made her office a place of relaxation from the clean, simple, Asian inspired surroundings to the best light, beautiful music. She has a relaxation waiting room with massage chairs and fresh drinking water to relieve stress before getting into the exam room chair. The exams are mananged with the newest, most state of the art tools and equipment. Dr. Hong is warm and friendly, yet ready to tell it like it is and offer the best methods of treatment for your dental needs. Six others I have sent to her would agree and are regular clients of hers, the most recent, the president of our company. Thank you, Dr. Hong, for making it a good thing to be going to the dentist.
