Pretty good valet company with accessable owners who know what they are doing. No real problems with them, the one post about them "running downtown in a year" sounds like a fake post as I have meet many of their valets and this is not the conduct I saw around them.

I want to start off by saying that I was guest at the Belvedere on Hamilton Pool Road just recently. Im a home owner and enjoy house flipping so my attention to detail is part of the family line. The valet service, which i later asked for their title, was absolutely horrible. When i say horrible i mean detail disaster. Shirts untucked, dirty language and not very genuine. Uptown Valet will beat any of the competition because they are that good! This company is a fine example of how all businesses should be run. Watch them go national. Other companies will try to emulate them but won't succeed because they are missing a main ingredient...customer service over profit! They are ethical and have high standards. My company will use them for everything from now on!
