We purchased a 3 piece sectional for delivery on Saturday. The furniture arrived and was set up but the back of the sofa was loose, the corner section was missing it's legs and the hide-a-bed once opened would not close due to missing hinge bolts.
I got a run around on Saturday between Sal and Nash then after 3 phone calls was told Tom would be out Monday between 11 and 2pm. I took off work. By 2:30pm no one had shown up and no one had called. I called and was told by Sal that the service person was too busy and that he had called me to reschedule. I told Sal I was home all day and never...
