Do not ever mail anything from this store. It just disappears into the great void and never shows as being picked up from the store location according to the UPS tracking website. Unhelpful personnel at best.

I was looking for a specific size box to purchase for a move I have coming up. When I asked the clerk he said the only boxes they sell are the smaller standard sized cubes. This is the third time I've had bad interactions at this location - in two transactions. Don't lose your tracking number if you do ship with them. They won't look it up.

Terrible service and they do not even have a printer set up. Owner does not care about the customers, and makes no effort towards improving customer service. One of the worst UPS stores I have...

Can I give this place negative stars? I live less than a mile from here and do not send packages very often... Went in on 12/31 to send two things....walked out and went to Postal connection down...

So long as you don't need their UPS services they're pretty good. I've had pictures taken, notary work done, etc, with excellent service.And they're not...
