Service very unprofessional. I arrived when there were no customers in the store. There was a man behind the counter that saw me struggling to bring a medium-sized box in the store and I barely was able to lift it onto lower counter. He then proceded to talk to woman who was working behind wall before finally assisting me. His demeanor is rude and intrusive. I have used UPS for years and not...
