Very impolite staff, this is my second time going there. I was to drop off packages, and I was told to drop them off on the side counter. They don't care to pick them up or give you any tracking...

This UPS Store, like few other franchisee stores, will charge an extra $2 "service fee" for printing one page of document from your USB thumb drive. Print elsewhere! Tips: Self printing at nearby...

Kinkos has a better price, one dollar per page, instead of the waste of money $2 per page for UPS, be aware, because this world is full of sharks after your money.
