Seemed nice, came out to look at it...gave a a very ball park figure on repair, but assured us it would probably be closer to the low side. We said ok, go ahead... service guy came out and said...oh...the valves need to be replaced too, that'll be a couple hundred extra...the first guy didn't open up the unit? So we said, could you please call us and give us an estimate before anyone comes out...

Dixon Heating and Air Conditioning came out to repair our air conditioner for less than the minimum charge of Universal...and was pleasant to talk with - unlike the owner of Universal who was very rude and doesn't know what his Employees are doing. Would Rate ZERO...but it made me put one star.

This is a small business with a big business attitude. Called for a service call at 8:00 A.M. and within an hour the serviceman showed up and fixed the problem with no extra costs (58.50+tax)
