very poor customer service

I had a horrible experience with this company,i brought in my hot tubb(spa) pump to be re-built , I was told I would get a call when it was ready, 3 days later I called to find out what was going on and was told it was ready.i picked up the pump paid $197.00 plus tax which I thought was high.i went home installed the pump filled up the spa with water turned it on only to hear that the pump sounded worse than when I initially dropped it off.i drained the spa removed the pump brought it back to the counter and asked for the manager,i met with rich, I explained that the pump was not fixed and sounded worse.i told him that I went online and found out that I could buy the pump for $153.00 brand new ($46.00 less )than I was charged to re-build it.rich told me that he would have a supervisor contact me to resolve the issue.another 3 days go by with no answer, I called rich back to find out was going on, he told me he issued a refund back to my credit card ,and the company was going to keep my pump. I asked him to have his supervisor contact me regarding this matter, I wanted to know why my pump was not repaired and why they were keeping my pump which did not belong to them.i received a call from steve stagg a supervisor who told me they issued a credit back to my credit card and they were keeping the pump for parts.i asked why it was not repaired and why it was dirty and rusty and not cleaned and painted as the invoice stated.his answer was they have a high volume of repairs and sometimes they overlook certain repairs.no apology, 3 weeks later I received a credit back to my credit card. my advice to anybody who needs a motor or pump re-built, avoid this company!!
