What a coincidence that another reviewer mentioned Russ Colliau, who inspected our home.

All that I can say is that he signed off on our home while allowing the heat exchanger in our furnace to be cracked and uninspected. He claimed that it was a destructive inspection and was outside the pervue of their service.

If your thinking about spending the extra money to have this company perform your home inspection, I would recommend that you think again. We spent an additional $200.00 - $300.00 to have this company inspect our home and found no additional value in the service we received.

This is the worst home inspection company I have done business with. The owner is a no it all windbag who is unable to even read blueprints. He is very impressed with himself. (known as Mr wonderfull in the inspection industry)
