I had a great experience in the Service Dept working with Al Powlis. He was courteous, professional and on time with the appointment. He made it a seamless process. The staff in the service department from the moment I entered was friendly and helpful. I picked up my 2012 X5 today and all maintenance and campaigns were completed. Thanks again, Al!

This is my first time ever going to this bmw dealer for a part. I have been waiting here for going on 45 minutes for a replacement wheel lock for the in car tool kit... Parts service here is terrible! I would never recommend anyone to come here. I would try another bmw dealer before coming here again. This is an awful experience! However, I will give them one more chance. The parts rep did...
