I am on the phone as I am typing this, and the phone has rang about 15 times and no one picks up. Also, I work for a church and a company never received the check I sent them and I asked it they would waive the stop pay fee and they would not even consider it.

Opened an account at the Vienna branch on Oct 7th. Should have received a debit card within two weeks. Over a month, no debit card. Go back in to have a new one issued. Now account over 2 months and still no debit card. Go to cash a couple checks 12/10/11, and even with ID can't because the drive through (saturday hours) says I have no account. not by SSN, driver's license, name or address....
