I have to send wire transfers to Europe, and Union Bank always handles it very well. Customer service is great. Short waiting lines, if at all. Highly recommend this downtown bank!

So I pulled up on Friday, September 11th in the express drive up banking area. It's an extremely hot day for us spoiled San Diegans so I figured I would sit in the luxury of my vehicles air...

We moved our money to Mission Federal Credit Union. Took 3 branch visits and 4 phone calls to get them to stop billing us a $9 service fee after we "closed" our account with them. Meh!...service level was inadequate.
