Do not go here to get your tattoo. The staff is incompetent and the artists have little to no people skills, let alone customer service skills. I was supposed to get a touch up included with my tattoo and not only had to reschedule the appointment after I got to the shop and the artist had left - no one bothered to call me and let me know - but my rescheduled appointment wasn't even on their system when I showed up for my touch up the second time! And I was told that I could ""wait"" around to see if the artist (John, BTW) could ""fit me in."" I don't have all night to wait around and hope...
