I went in to purchase a bunk bed for my boys, got a great price from the owner, they delivered it on time and i set the bed up in less than 20 minutes. at that time i discovered it was the wrong bed. I called the owner back up and he did not know the distributer changed the actual bed, and he went out of his way to get me the bed i actually ordered! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I purchased a bedroom set about 1 year ago and the paint is peeling from the tops of the nightstand as well as the dresser! almost all the drawers that slide in and out have broken and had to be fixed numerous times! For the money I spent I could have purchased a set of way better quality! Shop around before setting with this people!

futon mattress

I am extremely disappointed in the mattress I recently bought from unclaimed freight. I bought a new 8 or 9 inch mattress for my futon and the thing has been bulking in areas and slouching on the couch on the back part of it. i have kept covers on it and keep flipping the mattress but nothing seems to help, and if I had known how bad a quality this mattress was I would have and could have spent...

I was looking for some furniture for my sons dorm room and someone had mentioned to me to go to unclaimed frieght. Once I stepped inside I knew why it was all "unclaimed" stuff. Very low quality, the prices were overpriced for the quality of furniture they offered. I walked in, and right back out. I dont reccomend this place to anyone.
