I would highly recommend not scheduling an appointment with the Novi Ulta store. They were 30 minutes late for our appointment and didn't tell us they were running behind until we sought out the information. When we addressed this with the manager, she was more interested in eating her Jimmy John's sandwich. Huge waste of time spent!

The ladies here do a WONDERFUL job, but they take 90 minutes for a shellack manicure. It's annoying, but they take their time to ensure your nails are perfect. If you have the time, Dianne is highly recommended!

I ran into this salon driving by, I am so glad I did. They took me in right away. This is the best shellac manicure I have had. Tina did my nails and she is a perfectionist. Well worth the extra time. The Salon is super clean. I just made my next appointment.The price is also very fair.
