Joe spent all day trying to find a rattle we were hearing, but of course the car wouldn't rattle for him. He didn't charge us a dime, in addition to assuring us that whatever the rattle was, there was no risk safety-wise to drive the car. Joe is the best -- he's fixed both of our cars for the last 8 years. We travel 30-40 minutes to get to his garage! We value our relationship with Joe VERY MUCH!
