I met Dr. Andrade upon entering Riverview Hospital. He is the kindest person, he cares very deeply about his patients, is happy to explain everything, has a wonderful bedside manner and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Disappointed in service rendered to a family member in Riverview Medical Center. Took an extended amount of time to initially see a patient with pain that was 8/10 still and 10/10 when assessed. Only an X-ray was done and discharged home for severe lumbar pain and when asked about a CT scan the family and patient were blown off.
