This location has moved elsewhere, but before moving, they had a big sale. However, it was very messy and no help was offered. Lots of expensive makeup that you can find cheaper somewhere else.

The sales people here are very rude, have very little knowledge on the products, and straight up just don't care that there are customers around. Even after I showed Joanne pictures of what I wanted, she acted as if she didn't know what I meant. She worked very fast, which resulted in my head being tossed around like a ragdoll - it hurt! She hacked my hair something awful, uneven with ragged edges! Color was far from what I asked for. All around, this has been the most awful hair salon experience I've had in a very long time.
