I think the picture speaks for itself. My girl was overwhelmingly pleased with the end result of these talented girls. Thanks to Andrea for the beautiful updo and to Morgan for the patience in attaining the exact look my daughter wanted!

Sophia saved a sale by not ignoring me. The woman with the dark brown shoulder length hair and black dress (manager?? In charge??) did not want to help me and concentrated on pestering someone else repeatedly with a gwp offer. What IF I was a secret shopper? Thumbs down to the snotty manager type and thumbs up for SOPHIA!

Ulta is a great salon. A lot of people don't even know that there is a salon in the back!! I get my hair cut by kim who does it at 8 am , even before theb store is open. You can relax, talk about whatever, and even shop without crowds. This is great!! KJIm really listens to what/how you would like your hair done. I have 7 friends that go to her also.
