Customer service can be lacking based on the person at the register ( based on their knowledge and experience). Today was one of those days as u asked questions and the person at the register couldn't give an answer on the limitations of a coupon for all Ulta members. I'm a platinum member for years and love all the products I can get at Ulta.

I loved getting my hair done by Alyse. I was able to make a last minute appointment and she did a fantastic job. I needed my hair put up for a black tie formal event. She did a great job and my hair stayed up and tight all night. I would not hesitate to go back again. I will be telling everyone about how great Alyse is.

I really don't shop at Ulta much, I only stopped in because I was with my 9 year old daughter who loves makeup, and I wanted to purchase her a cheap, generic kit for her to play with at home.
