I have had a storage unit there for 2 yrs now-never had an issue up until I threw a garden hose into the giant dumpster by their exit. The office guy comes after me in his truck telling me there is a dumping fee charge of $25. I told him I threw a garden hose. He told me you only could things upon move out. I had a very expensive system put in by Texas Water Solutions. Now that it's not working right, they don't seem to know how to fix it. They sent out a kid to work on it who spent all of his time talking to someone on the phone about the problem and left without fixing the problem.
