Kim was very patient when I called to set up the service on equipment I was unfamiliar with.
Chris did an excellent job in setting up the system and explaining to me the way it operated. He was patient, friendly and informative. Will definitely used again.

There was some confusion about the appointment time and the equipment needed but over all they did a great job. If you hire them to install a TV and run IR to another room, make sure you allow plenty of time for them to do the job. I'm glad we didn't try to do this ourselves.
