The most inconvenient rental ever. They don't have the adapters you need for trailer lights so we had to go get that and come back, when I made my reservation I also asked for a dolly which I was told they had and then they did not. Their yelp page and business hours advertise open until 5pm, then I was told …
Had a great experience with this location. Man at the front desk was very professional and polite. Quick service with no issues renting the truck. When I returned the truck, I ended up being a couple of miles over the estimated distance because I had to make an extra moving trip. He was very understanding and took the gas charge off the bill. I would definitely use this location again!
The main guy that runs this operation does a great job. His trucks are clean and up to par, always with gas in them. He gets you in and out with your rental in a very short amount of time and makes drop off equally as speedy. He also gave me free gas for referring other people for his services. I recommend renting a Uhaul or truck from Monarch to anybody.
