Used this service on the weekend renting a van. My booking over phone call was handled well. Friendly tone over phone was impressive. Besides the location, I love this u-hal. They asways answer the phone in a plolite and respectable manner. I'm not one to make a reservation, but they always have van/truck I need. The attending personal is always kind and sweet and get me on my way in a timely manner. Keep up the great work :-)

Very unprofessional and very rude over the phone. If it wasn't for me moving the next day I would have found somewhere else to spend my money. I was able to get the truck for the time I blocked off.
