Pretty bad when you have 14 people standing in a growing line and no expedited process for those [like me] who have reserved and pre-registered to pick up 30 minutes ago. Now I'm likely to be 45-60 minutes behind schedule. My appointment was for 9:00a, I showed up at 9:00a, and it's already 9:30a and I'm still waiting in line. More staff Expedited pick up

I rented a U-Box from this location when I was moving and it was very convenient but I have to give 1 star due to the fact that they charge a lot more than they quote you. This may not be this specific location's fault, but given the fact that I will never rent another one from them again, the 1 star rating is justified. …
