Awful experience. The assisatant manager David is rude unhelpful and unfrendly. If you need to rent a truck, go elsewhere! Budget is a little bit south on Havana, and I also saved money (half the price) and much friendlier

I called this U-Haul location 3 weeks before my moving day and reserved a truck for 10:00 am on Saturday. On Friday morning I get an email confirmation of my truck. The confimation is for the wrong size truck and wont be ready untill 5:00 pm! I call the location to get this figured out and they have no explination for me other then to try the national U-haul number to see if another location...
