Consistently poor service. Moved my truck pickup to a different location miles away and didn't care a bit about the inconvenience or keeping my business.
This is the second time I came to this location and had a horrible experience. Just waited 45 min to find out they had to change my pick up location! Never once received a phone call about it. Such a joke
Need to better staff during peak hours. Unacceptable to have one clerk on a Saturday at 3. One transaction alone takes 20 min. I'll be going some where else.
This is a review of the propane fill up. If you have a tank that needs filled this is the place to go! Faster then even the exchange services and they fill up your tank 100% so it lasts longer...
The owner, Mark, tends to get overwhelmed and yells at his customers. I had a hitch scheduled for installation and was told by UHaul that it would be sent to Mark for installation after it arrived by FedEx at 10. I have a job and can't mess around at 10. I went to drop off my car and he refused and berated me for trying to come in before the part had arrived. You've lost my business, Mark.
