Got a call for a quote, person on the line was very aggressive about finding out the "contents" of the move. I told them that it was about 15-20 boxes in a 5x10 storage space and that it was mainly miscellaneous household items with only one medium-size piece of furniture, an antique record player. I called at the last minute - same day emergency service needed - and not only did they offer me their normal rate with no extra charge for same day service, they were easy to deal with on the phone and in person.
